Qualifications

• Previous experience as kitchen hand or similar in a hotel, pub, restaurant, or café.
• Strong understanding of food safety and OH&S standards.
• Able to support daily kitchen operations efficiently.
• Washing dishes and kitchen equipment and keeping the kitchen clean.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes and kitchen equipment and keep the kitchen clean.
• Support daily kitchen operations as directed by senior chef.
• Assist across various areas of the hotel kitchen as required.
