Qualifications

• Previous experience as kitchen hand or similar in a hotel, pub, restaurant, or café.
• Strong understanding of food safety and OH&S standards, with ability to maintain a clean, safe kitchen environment.
• Ability to support daily kitchen operations efficiently and complete tasks as directed by senior chef.
• Washing dishes and kitchen equipment and keeping the kitchen clean and organised
• Willingness to participate in training sessions to develop culinary skills and grow within the team.
