Job summary

Accor Hotels, Pacific's largest hotel group, is seeking a Part-Time Kitchen Hand for our Pullman Sydney Airport team. You will wash dishes, assist with basic food prep, and help maintain cleanliness in a fast-paced hotel kitchen.

Qualifications

• Washing and sanitising dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans.

Job Description

• Washing and sanitising dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans and kitchen equipment
• Operating commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, storage areas and back‑of‑house areas
• Assisting with basic food preparation when required
• Removing rubbish and maintaining waste disposal and recycling areas
• Receiving, storing and organising kitchen supplies
• Following food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety procedures
• Supporting chefs and the wider Kitchen team during busy service periods
• Ensuring cleaning chemicals and equipment are used and stored safely

Qualifications

• Previous experience working as a Kitchen Hand in a hotel, restaurant or similarly fast‑paced environment
• Knowledge of kitchen hygiene, food safety and cleaning procedures
• Ability to work efficiently and remain organised during busy service periods
