Job summary

Revesby Workers’ Club in Sydney is seeking casual Kitchen Hands to join our fast-paced kitchen team. You will support back-of-house operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and efficiency, while learning our club values and culture.

The ideal candidate is reliable, eager to learn, works well in a team, and can adapt to flexible hours in a lively entertainment venue. Staff meals, parking perks, and a supportive work environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Reliability and eagerness to learn are essential.
• Ability to work quickly and safely with minimal supervision.
• Able to work under pressure as part of a team or independently.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as required.

Responsibilities

• Stacking and loading dishes into the dishwasher.
• Washing/scrubbing dishes and kitchen equipment.
• Putting away crockery/equipment safely.
• Cleaning of floors and kitchen surfaces.
• Cleaning commercial equipment.
• Deep clean of the kitchens.
• Oil changes from fryers.
• Organising the kitchen area to maintain tidiness.

As a Kitchen Hand, you will play a key support role in our back of house department ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and efficiency.
