Job summary

Kinsman & Freedom Kitchens offers ambitious sales professionals a rare chance to own and operate their own business, earning an uncapped OTE with the freedom and support of a proven brand.

We provide comprehensive in-house training on design, process and selling techniques along with an abundance of qualified leads for you to convert into dream kitchen or wardrobe projects, meeting clients in their homes or virtually and guiding them through the design and sales process.

Qualifications

• Must have the ability to operate or establish your own business with your own vehicle, laptop, ABN and relevant insurances.
• Proven track record in sales with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Able to work autonomously and meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Meet customers in their homes or virtually to discuss design needs and budgets.
• Guide customers through CAD-based design processes and present viable solutions.
• Close sales and help clients plan and budget their dream kitchen and/or wardrobe.

We will provide comprehensive in-house trainingon our design, process and selling techniquesand provide you with an abundance of qualified leads for your business to partner with in creating 'dream' kitchen and or wardrobe designs.

All you have to do is use your high-level communication and design skills, (utilising Computer Aided Design tool), to meet with customers in their own homes or virtually and take them through the design process and make the sale by ensuring you can meet their budget, design requirements and service expectations.

We will work with you to develop your skills as a business owner and sales professional working to achieve your sales targets with passion and tenacity.

You must be in a position to operate or establish your own business with your own vehicle, laptop, an ABN and relevant insurances in place before you commence.
