Job summary

NRMA Parks & Resorts South West Rocks Holiday Park is seeking a Kitchen Cook to prepare quality meals in a relaxed, holiday-focused setting. You will contribute to menu ideas and maintain a clean kitchen while supporting stock rotation and basic ordering.

The role suits someone who enjoys variety, works well in a small team and is willing to work a rotating roster including weekends, evenings and school holidays in a fun environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Certificate III in Kitchen Operations.
• Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol).
• Safe Food Certificate or Safe Food Supervisor Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and Kitchen Cook quality meals for our guests in a timely, consistent manner.
• Support menu preparation and contribute ideas for simple, tasty holiday favourites.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised kitchen in line with food safety standards.
• Assist with stock rotation, labelling and basic ordering.
• Work closely with the wider park team to help deliver a great guest experience.

Love creating tasty, crowd-pleasing meals and being part of a relaxed, holiday vibe? We're looking for an enthusiastic Kitchen Cook to join our team at NRMA South West Rocks Holiday Park, set on stunning Dunghutti Country.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, loves working with people, and wants to Kitchen Cook in a fun, friendly environment rather than a high-pressure city kitchen.

What You'll Do

No two days are the same, but you can expect to:

• Prepare and Kitchen Cook quality meals for our guests in a timely, consistent manner
• Support menu preparation and contribute ideas for simple, tasty holiday favourites
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised kitchen in line with food safety standards
• Assist with stock rotation, labelling and basic ordering
• Work closely with the wider park team to help deliver a great guest experience

• Enjoys Kitchen Cooking and takes pride in presenting quality, well-prepared food
• Can stay calm and organised during busy service periods
• Works well in a small, collaborative team and is happy to pitch in where needed
• Has good communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
• Is willing to work a rotating roster including weekends, evenings and school holidays

Required qualifications
