Job summary

NRMA Murramarang Beachfront Holiday Resort is seeking an experienced Chef to join a busy bistro kitchen and contribute to weddings, functions and special events. You will prepare and deliver quality bistro-style food while maintaining presentation, safety and cleanliness, and you’ll work closely with Food & Beverage teams to create memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working as a Chef in a busy kitchen.
• Strong skills across bistro-style cooking.
• Experience catering for weddings, functions or events.
• The ability to work confidently during busy service periods.
• Great communication and teamwork skills.
• A positive, flexible and can-do attitude.
• Relevant cookery qualifications and food safety knowledge.
