Job summary

NRMA Parks & Resorts is seeking a Chef to join the team at NRMA Murramarang Beachfront Holiday Resort. You will craft bistro-style dishes and support weddings, functions and events, delivering memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced kitchen.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef in a busy kitchen.
• Strong skills across bistro-style cooking.
• Experience catering for weddings, functions or events.
• Ability to work confidently during busy service periods.
• Great communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive, flexible and can-do attitude.
• Relevant cookery qualifications and food safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver quality bistro-style food.
• Support food preparation and service across weddings, functions and events.
• Work with kitchen and Food & Beverage teams to deliver guest experience.

• Work closely with the kitchen and Food & Beverage teams to deliver a great guest experience
