Job summary

Funlab, the world‑class creator of competitive socialising experiences, is recruiting casual kitchen team members and cooks for Archie Brothers, Holey Moley and Hijinx Hotel in Alexandria. You’ll prepare and present walk‑in and function food with pride while upholding our hygiene standards in a fast‑paced environment.

We value energy, enthusiasm and a passion for fun, and you’ll need availability on weekends and nights.

Qualifications

• Great availability, including weekends and nights.
• Passion for fun and delivering friendly service.
• Knowledge of food preparation and high presentation standards.

What you'll do:

• Preparation and delivery of our walk-in menu and function food menu
• Adhering to our high level of food presentation
• Maintaining a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness and
• Championing kitchen health and safety

What you've got:

• Uniqueness and a passion for fun
• Energy, enthusiasm, positivity - and bucketloads of it!
• A knowledge of food and commitment to producing food of the highest quality and presentation
• A commitment to prioritise hygiene, food handling and health & safety procedures
• Great availability, must be available on weekends and nights
• A valid WWCC or keenness to get them!
