Job summary

Funlab Pty Ltd is seeking casual Kitchen team members to join Strike & Archie Brothers at Bowen Hills. You’ll help prepare and present our walk-in and function menus, keep a spotless kitchen, and champion food safety. Availability on weekends and nights is required, and you’ll be part of a fun, fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced hospitality environments.

What you'll do:

• Preparation and delivery of our walk-in menu and function food menu
• Adhering to our high level of food presentation
• Maintaining a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness and
• Championing kitchen health and safety

What you've got:

• Uniqueness and a passion for fun
• Energy, enthusiasm, positivity - and bucketloads of it!
• A knowledge of food and commitment to producing food of the highest quality and presentation
• A commitment to prioritise hygiene, food handling and health & safety procedures
• Great availability, must be available on weekends and nights
• A valid WWCC or keenness to get them!
