Job summary

Funlab in Moorabbin is hiring Casual Kitchen team members to join Archie Brothers, Strike Bowling and Holey Moley. You’ll prepare and deliver walk-in and function menus, strive for top presentation, and maintain hygiene and safety standards. Flexibility to work weekends and nights is essential.

Qualifications

• Energy, enthusiasm and a passion for fun.
• Knowledge of food and high quality presentation.
• Commitment to hygiene, food handling and safety procedures.
• Great availability, especially weekends and nights.
• Have or be willing to obtain a Working with Children Check (WWCC).

What you'll do:

• Preparation and delivery of our walk-in menu and function food menu
• Adhering to our high level of food presentation
• Maintaining a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness and
• Championing kitchen health and safety

What you've got:

• Uniqueness and a passion for fun
• Energy, enthusiasm, positivity - and bucketloads of it!
• A knowledge of food and commitment to producing food of the highest quality and presentation
• A commitment to prioritise hygiene, food handling and health & safety procedures
• Great availability, must be available on weekends and nights
• A valid WWCC or keenness to get them!
