Job summary

Funlab Pty Ltd in Maroochydore is hiring casual Kitchen team members to join our Strike, Holey Moley, Archie Brothers venues. You’ll help prepare and deliver our walk-in and function menus with a focus on speed, accuracy and presentation.

We value energy, enthusiasm and a commitment to hygiene and safety, with weekend/night availability. WWCC is preferred and staff development programs are available.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver walk-in and function menus.
• Maintain high presentation standards for plated dishes.
• Maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.

What you'll do:

• Preparation and delivery of our walk-in menu and function food menu
• Adhering to our high level of food presentation
• Maintaining a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness and
• Championing kitchen health and safety

What you've got:

• Uniqueness and a passion for fun
• Energy, enthusiasm, positivity - and bucketloads of it!
• A knowledge of food and commitment to producing food of the highest quality and presentation
• A commitment to prioritise hygiene, food handling and health & safety procedures
• Great availability, must be available on weekends and nights
• A valid WWCC or keenness to get them!
