Job summary

Funlab in Moorabbin is seeking casual kitchen team members for Archie Brothers, Strike Bowling and Holey Moley venues. You’ll handle walk-in and function menus, uphold food quality and presentation, and champion kitchen hygiene and safety while delivering lively guest experiences.

Applicants should have energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for fun, with availability on weekends and evenings. WWCC/NSW WWCC readiness is welcomed as part of our team culture.

Qualifications

• Uniqueness and a passion for fun are essential.
• Energy and enthusiasm to create a memorable guest experience.
• Knowledge of food and commitment to high-quality presentation.
• Strong hygiene and health & safety awareness in a kitchen environment.
• Excellent weekend and night availability is required.
• Must have or be keen to obtain a Working with Children Check (WWCC).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver walk-in and function food to a high standard.
• Maintain high levels of food presentation and hygiene.
• Support kitchen health and safety practices.
• Assist team to deliver fast, friendly service to guests.

What you'll do:

• Preparation and delivery of our walk-in menu and function food menu
• Adhering to our high level of food presentation
• Maintaining a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness and
• Championing kitchen health and safety

What you've got:

• Uniqueness and a passion for fun

• A knowledge of food and commitment to producing food of the highest quality and presentation
• A commitment to prioritise hygiene, food handling and health & safety procedures
• Great availability, must be available on weekends and nights
• A valid WWCC or keenness to get them!
