Job summary

Funlab is hiring Casual Kitchen team members and Cooks to join Archie Brothers, Holey Moley and Hijinx Hotel in Alexandria. You’ll help prepare and deliver walk-in and function menus, maintain high food quality and presentation, and champion hygiene and safety standards.

We welcome energetic, fun-loving people who are reliable, able to work weekends and nights, and who value a positive, inclusive team culture. WWCC is preferred or ready to obtain.

Qualifications

• Uniqueness and a passion for fun.
• Energy, enthusiasm, positivity - and bucketloads of it!
• A knowledge of food and commitment to producing food of the highest quality and presentation
• A commitment to prioritise hygiene, food handling and health & safety procedures
• Great availability, must be available on weekends and nights
• A valid WWCC or keenness to get them!
