Job summary

Endeavour Group's Broadbeach Tavern is seeking a Kitchen Attendant to support daily kitchen operations, assist with food preparation, and maintain high food safety standards in a fast-paced pub setting.

You will work both independently and with the team, with flexible day, evening, and weekend availability, and you'll be part of a group that offers discounts, wellbeing benefits, and opportunities to grow within Endeavour Group.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen or food prep is advantageous.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

A day in the life of a Kitchen Attendant

• Engage in food preparation and additional tasks as directed by your team leader
• Proactively identify and address cleaning opportunities in all areas of the kitchen in line with our high food and safety standards
• Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, which is centred around safety and procedural compliance

About you

• You love working independently or as part of a team to perform routine tasks
• You have flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends
• You are all about the detail and take pride in the work that you deliver
• You'll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people!

Inherent requirements

• This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
