Accor's Hotel Woolstore 1888 - Handwritten Collection in Darling Harbour, Sydney, seeks a dedicated Kitchen Attendant to maintain a clean, organized kitchen and support food preparation. You'll work in a dynamic kitchen, follow health standards, and rotate shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Service oriented with an eye for detail.
• Time management skills with the ability to multitask.
• Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of team members.
• Flexible and able to embrace and respond effectively to change.
• Experience working in a commercial kitchen, preferred.
• Ability to work a rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

• Perform cleaning duties in kitchen, food prep areas, scullery, and pantries, ensuring compliance with health and hygiene standards.
• Assist with food prep, stock rotation, and maintaining cleanliness of fridges, freezers, and storage areas.
• Support receiving, storing, and organizing stock to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Kitchen Attendant to join our team! If you're passionate about maintaining a clean, organized kitchen and supporting food preparation, this is the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities:
