Job summary

Hotel Woolstore 1888 - Handwritten Collection, part of the Accor group, is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Attendant to maintain a clean, organized kitchen and support food preparation. You will work across the kitchen and storage areas, ensuring hygiene standards are met while assisting with stock and prep tasks.

The role requires flexibility to work a rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays, with a focus on service excellence in a heritage-lited downtown Sydney setting.

Job Description

We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Kitchen Attendant to join our team! If you're passionate about maintaining a clean, organized kitchen and supporting food preparation, this is the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties in kitchen, food prep areas, scullery, and pantries, ensuring compliance with health and hygiene standards.


• Assist with food prep, stock rotation, and maintaining cleanliness of fridges, freezers, and storage areas.


• Support receiving, storing, and organizing stock to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
