Job summary

The Royal Sydney Golf Club in Australia is seeking a casual kitchen/dishwasher to support our busy kitchen. Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will operate the industrial dishwasher, clean, wash up, apply chemicals correctly and assist chefs with basic food preparation.

This role requires availability across shifts between 8:30am and 11:00pm on weekdays, weekends and public holidays. Candidates should have kitchen experience, knowledge of WHS and food hygiene, and a proactive, team-focused

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Kitchen environment.
• Understanding of WHS and Food Hygiene procedures.
• Flexibility to work across shifts throughout the week and weekend.
• Demonstrated experience working in a team environment.
• Prior experience working in a high-volume environment.
• Be self-motivated and energetic.

Responsibilities

• Operation of an Industrial Dishwasher.
• Cleaning & washing up responsibilities.
• Correct application of chemicals for cleaning purposes.
