Belgravia Leisure is seeking Café/Kiosk Attendants for the Ruth Everuss Aquatic Centre in Lidcombe, NSW. The role focuses on delivering first-class customer service and operating the café/kiosk to align with the organisation's mission, vision and values.

Responsibilities include cash handling, taking orders, maintaining café presentation, and promoting centre services. Barista experience is highly desirable, with availability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends.

The Role

OurCafé/Kiosk Attendantsneed to have the highest level of customer service skills.

The primary responsibility of our Café/Kiosk Attendantsis to deliver first class services to ourpatrons ensuring it's in line with ourMission, Vision and Values.

Key areas of responsibility include:

• Provide excellent customer service to all customers
• Maintaining the appearance and presentation of the café
• Replenished condiments as needed
• Follow health and safety guidelines
• Cashier experience, taking orders and handling cash
• Apply sound cash handling principals and use of Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Promotethe centres services and programs to ourpatrons
• Develop and maintain good working relations with patrons
• Provide information on our product range, including promoting healthy food options
• Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends. Hours may increase during the centre's peak periods
• Previous Barista Experience is highly desirable

Skills & Attributes:

• Positive, friendly, helpful and energetic work style
• Coffee making/ barista skills
• Current CPR Certificate.
• Current Food Handlers Qualification
• Police Check
• Working with Children Check
• Ability to be flexible during the centre's peak periods
• Availability Saturdays and Sundays

Previous experience is a similar role is desirable, but candidates with a friendly attitude and a customer service mindset areencouraged to apply!
