Job summary

Villa Maria Catholic Primary School Hunters Hill is seeking a faith-filled Kindergarten Teacher (0.5 FTE, temporary) to deliver engaging, student-centered lessons in a Catholic setting.

You will develop a K-6 curriculum, apply effective pedagogies, and collaborate with a dedicated team to nurture students academically, socially and spiritually. Accreditation and ongoing professional development are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Expertise in developing a K-6 Curriculum and applying effective learning pedagogies.
• Strong classroom management and student wellbeing focus.
• Ability to create inclusive, rigorous learning experiences.
• A tertiary qualification in Education and NESA accreditation.
• Religious Education qualifications or willingness to achieve them as per Accreditation Policy.

About You

As aKindergarten Teacher (5 day fortnight), you will inspire students through engaging, student-centered teaching within a Catholic learning environment. You'll bring:

• ability to create inclusive, rigorous learning experiences
• a tertiary qualification in Education and NESA accreditation
• Religious Education qualifications or the willingness to achieve them as perAccreditation Policy to Work, Teach, and Lead.
