Job summary

Allkinds Burnside Store seeks an experienced retail Store Manager to lead a dynamic team and deliver memorable customer experiences. You will blend product knowledge with commercial acumen to drive sales and store performance.

You will mentor staff, manage rosters, and collaborate with Brandbank leadership to ensure smooth operations in a fun, family‑oriented environment. This is a full‑time, on‑site role in Burnside.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years experience as retail Store Manager.
• Proven ability to exceed sales, wages and shrinkage KPI’s.
• Strong leadership and people development.
• Knowledge of stock management and merchandising.
• Passion for Allkinds No Gross Stuff approach.

Responsibilities

• Drive a customer-focused culture and create a memorable shopping experience.
• Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all customers.
• Engage and empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring and collaboration.
• Convert customer interactions to sales with product knowledge.
• Work with State Leadership to build an effective and profitable store.
• Motivate the team to meet sales targets and KPIs.
• Drive operational excellence, manage rosters and back-of-house administration.
• Tuesday to Saturday roster.
