Job summary

adidas seeks a Senior Specialist, Key Accounts (Rebel) to drive growth with major partner groups. The role coordinates account activity, supports sell-in and sell-through, and ensures plans align with brand objectives and performance targets.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Category, Planning and Supply Chain to execute seasonal strategies, monitor forecasts, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• University degree in business, marketing, sales or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years’ experience in sales or key account support.
• Experience with key or major wholesale accounts preferred.
• Experience in sport, retail, apparel, footwear or FMCG preferred.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Experience with sales reporting, forecasting or CRM systems desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support the Manager and Director in delivering key account strategy.
• Build relationships with customer contacts and align on priorities.
• Develop and execute account plans and seasonal strategies.
• Coordinate sell-in and sell-through with customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Category, Customer Service, Planning and Supply Chain.
• Monitor performance, forecast accuracy and order status.
• Maintain customer insights and planning documents.
• Support receivables management and healthy account performance.
• Deliver high-quality customer experience through proactive communication.
