Ambius in Sydney is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to drive revenue growth and strengthen client partnerships across an established portfolio. You will oversee large-scale interior landscaping projects and work with design and operations teams from concept through completion.
This role requires proven B2B account management experience, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to operate in a KPI-driven, fast-paced environment.
At Ambius, our business is grounded in scientific research that proves the powerful benefits of plants in indoor environments. Interior plantscaping is more than just greenery — it’s about creating inspiring spaces that enhance health, wellbeing, and productivity through improved indoor air quality.
Our talented Ambius team brings some of Australia’s most impressive green installations to life — from striking Green Walls in hotel lobbies to curated plant designs in shopping centres, offices, and reception spaces. We partner with organisations of all sizes to deliver interior landscaping solutions that engage people, elevate spaces, and help businesses thrive.
Due to continued growth, we’re excited to offer a newly created role for an experienced Key Account Manager to join our high-performing Ambius Sydney team. This is a dynamic, fast-paced position that blends large-scale project delivery with strategic account management and long-term client retention.
Based out of our Sydney branch, you’ll manage an established portfolio of key accounts while also working closely on major project installations, ensuring exceptional outcomes from concept through to completion. You’ll play a critical role in driving revenue growth, strengthening client partnerships, and identifying opportunities to expand services across existing accounts.
If you’re commercially driven, relationship-focused, and thrive in a growing business where no two days are the same — we’d love to hear from you.
The successful candidate must be able to pass a pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screen, and background checks.
