Job summary

Ambius, a Rentokil Initial company, is seeking an indoor plant technician to care for and install plants at client premises in Sydney. You will work with autonomy, manage routes efficiently and interact with clients on site to ensure beauty and health of living spaces.

The role includes loading/unloading deliveries, plant maintenance, and facilitating installations with a customer-focused approach. Training, support and a clear pathway for career progression are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in courier/removals delivery advantageous.
• Proven ability to work autonomously with strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proven ability to plan optimized routes for daily installations/workload.

Responsibilities

• Care and maintenance of indoor plants including watering, fertilizing, cleaning and pruning.
• Installing and uninstalling of plants on client premises.
• Loading and unloading the delivery trucks.
• Communication with the client contact onsite.

The main duties of this role are:

• Care and maintenance of indoor plants including watering, fertilizing, cleaning and pruning
• Installing and uninstalling of plants on client premises
• Loading and unloading the delivery trucks
• Communication with the client contact onsite

At Ambius, we take care of the training, but what we do need from you is:

• Prior experience in courier/removals delivery in the Sydney area, advantageous
• Proven ability to work autonomously with strong customer service and communication skills
• Proven ability to be productive, planning the most optimised route for the daily installations/workload
• Attention to detail, ensuring customer satisfaction as Ambius provides high quality living plants in decorative designer containers/pots
