Job summary

Nowra East Public School, located on the South Coast of New South Wales, is seeking a qualified teacher for Kindergarten to Year 6. Qualifications

• Approval to teach K to 6 with ability to use evidence-informed practices and student data to deliver differentiated, high quality, explicit literacy and numeracy programs.
• Demonstrated ability to create and maintain positive, inclusive and engaging learning environments through effective classroom management, evidence-informed wellbeing practices and high expectations for student learning and behaviour.
• Highly developed communication skills and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to work as part of a team, and establish effective partnerships with students, staff and families.
• Demonstrated knowledge of and commitment to Aboriginal Education, including the ability to build positive connections with Aboriginal students, families and staff.
