Job summary

NetStrategy, a dedicated provider for K-12 education technology and cybersecurity, seeks an entry-level Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales team in Australia. You will learn the sales cycle from first contact through to building a working relationship with schools.

You will conduct outreach, qualify opportunities, and collaborate with a Senior BDM to advance leads along the pipeline, helping to shape a career in technology sales within a mission-driven organisation.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience in sales, telemarketing, or business development
• Strong communication skills across phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Comfortable working to activity targets and reporting on progress
• Proactive, organised, and able to manage a pipeline in a CRM

Responsibilities

• Research potential clients within target industries and regions
• Make outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to book new appointments
• Nurture leads and convert conversations into opportunities
• Work with the Senior BDM to progress leads through the sales cycle
• Hand over qualified opportunities for closing and onboarding
• Maintain accurate notes and pipeline in the CRM
