Hunter Street Hospitality operates Melbourne venues such as Rockpool Bar & Grill Melbourne and Spice Temple Crown Complex. They are seeking a Junior Sous to support the leadership team in managing day-to-day kitchen operations.

You will collaborate with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure dishes meet restaurant standards with consistent taste and presentation, while mentoring staff to build a cohesive team dedicated to culinary excellence and genuine hospitality.
