Job summary

Crown Resorts is seeking a full-time Junior Sous Chef to support the Staff Dining kitchen, Bara, and help lead a high-performing culinary team to deliver quality meals and exceptional service. You will oversee food production, uphold Crown’s standards and policies, and contribute to key financial, operational, and people objectives.

The role requires experience in a large, high-volume, five-star environment, strong organisation and communication skills, and a relevant hospitality qualification.

Qualifications

• Exposure to high-volume operations in a large, five-star organisation.
• Understanding of food safety standards and HACCP.
• Strong communication and leadership within a kitchen team.
