Perched high above Melbourne on level 80, Atria is a destination restaurant that celebrates exceptional produce, refined technique, and warm, genuine hospitality. Showcasing the best of Victorian ingredients through a contemporary lens, Atria offers guests a memorable dining experience with breathtaking views of the city skyline.

Position Summary:

Join our Ladies and Gentlemen and assist with the restaurant service period, tending to the guests and exceeding their expectations

Answer guest questions regarding all beverage related items including but not limited to origin, vintage and style of various wines.

Serve and connect with guests throughout the complete food and beverage experience.

Understand guest requirements, delivering service excellence with each guest experience

Assist with the bar operational tasks if required

Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests, exhibiting our legendary service and enabling future bookings

Greet and engage guests in a friendly, professional manner.

Polish cutlery and other items to maintain cleanliness and quality.

Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, and report maintenance or safety issues promptly

Ensure prompt, accurate service with high standards of presentation.

Collaborate with kitchen, bar, housekeeping, and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations.

Take and process food and beverage orders, offer recommendations, and address guest inquiries or concerns.
