Ryans Solicitors & Attorneys in Maroochydore, Queensland, is seeking a Junior Solicitor to join our legal team. This full-time role offers exposure across wills, estates, property and conveyancing, providing guidance to clients navigating sensitive matters.

You will draft wills, handle probate and conveyancing matters, and guide clients from instruction to settlement. Queensland solicitor admission is required; two years' experience preferred, with strong drafting and client communication skills

You will provide expert legal guidance to clients navigating the complexities of their affairs. Key responsibilities

• Drafting wills, powers of attorney, enduring powers of attorney and other estate planning documents.
• Advising clients on estate planning, trusts, succession planning and asset protection.
• Managing deceased estates, including probate applications, letters of administration and estate distributions.
• Handling estate disputes, family provision claims and other succession matters.
• Managing residential and commercial conveyancing transactions, including property sales, purchases and transfers.
• Drafting and reviewing contracts for sale, leases and other property-related documents.
• Advising clients on property law matters, contractual obligations, title issues and settlement requirements.
• Conducting property searches and due diligence, preparing settlement documentation and coordinating settlements.
• Liaising with clients, real estate agents, lenders, financial institutions and other solicitors to progress matters efficiently.
