Qualifications

• Completed law degree (LLB or JD) and admission, or eligibility, as a solicitor.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Sound written and verbal communication skills.
• Good attention to detail and organisational ability.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior solicitors with files across a range of practice areas.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda and advices.
• Draft correspondence, court documents and legal agreements.
• Liaise with clients, courts and other parties.
• Manage file administration and support matter progression.
• Attend court, conferences and client meetings as required.

Key responsibilities

• Assisting senior solicitors with files across a range of practice areas
• Conducting legal research and preparing memoranda and advices

About you

• A completed law degree (LLB or JD) and admission, or eligibility for admission, as a solicitor
