Job summary

Tyree Transformers in Braemar NSW is seeking an entry-level IT/BI support role to assist the Software Engineer and IT team with maintaining, developing and improving business systems and reporting tools. You will provide Level 1 end-user support, help test and deploy software enhancements, and contribute to data reporting for informed decision making.

You will work under the ITC Manager, grow skills in BI reporting, Power BI, SSRS and system integrations while supporting diverse business

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• Basic programming knowledge in C#, SQL or similar languages.
• Experience or strong interest in Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, SSRS.
• Understanding of database concepts and relational data structures (SQL preferred).
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Log, manage, and resolve support requests related to business systems and applications.
• Provide level 1 support to end users, escalating issues where required.
• Assist in testing, configuration and troubleshooting of software, hardware, and network-related issues in conjunction with the IT Administrator and Software Engineer.
• Maintain accurate support documentation and configuration records.
• Provide user assistance and training on reporting tools, applications and related systems.
• Work under the guidance of the Software Engineer to design, test and deploy software enhancements and system integrations.
• Business Intelligence & Reporting
• Ensure data integrity, consistency and accuracy across reporting platforms.
• Work with business departments to understand reporting requirements and deliver solutions.
• Continuous improvements & projects
• Document technical processes, business rules and report specifications.
