Qualifications

• Proven experience developing and reviewing high-quality learning programs aligned with the Australian Curriculum.
• Educational leadership to strengthen teaching practice and student outcomes.
• Ability to coach and support staff to achieve strategic priorities.
• Strong strategic thinking, data literacy and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication, organisational skills.
• Current registration with the Queensland College of Teachers and eligibility to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation and review of a modern curriculum across Pre-Prep to Year 6.
• Develop and deliver a school-based vision, policies and procedures for curriculum, assessment and reporting.
• Lead and support teachers through collaborative planning, professional learning and modelling.
• Moderate and analyse school and systemic assessment data to monitor learning outcomes.
• Support Junior School Heads of Department to ensure inclusive, differentiated curriculum.
• Communicate with staff and parents about program offerings and student progress.
