Job summary

Ipswich Girls' Grammar School including Ipswich Junior Grammar School is seeking an exceptional educational leader to join our Junior School as Head of Teaching and Learning. Reporting to the Head of Junior School, this role provides strategic and operational leadership of curriculum, pedagogy, assessment and reporting across Pre-Prep to Year 6.

• Proven experience leading teaching and learning in a Junior School or primary setting.

• Lead development, implementation and review of curriculum across Pre-Prep to Year 6.
• Provide coaching and professional learning to staff; modelled teaching and classroom support.
• Monitor learning outcomes through data analysis and inform curriculum and intervention.
