The successful candidate will hold VIT registration, a Bachelor of Education, and demonstrate excellence in teaching with a focus on literacy and numeracy, collaboration, and continuous professional development.

Qualifications

• Hold a current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) Registration
• Demonstrate excellence in classroom teaching with explicit instruction and data-informed practice
• Strong focus on maximising student growth
• High expectations and academic rigour with student development
• Excellent curriculum knowledge, particularly in literacy and numeracy
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with students, colleagues and families
• Strong collaboration, time management and planning skills
• Genuine passion for working with children and contributing to a high performing teaching team
