About the Role

As a Junior Sales Consultant, you'll work alongside experienced mentors who will teach you every stage of the sales process.

You'll learn how to build meaningful client relationships, understand customer needs, present tailored solutions, and confidently guide clients throughout their property journey.

You'll receive hands-on coaching from day one while developing valuable communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills that will benefit your career for years to come.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Learn our proven sales process through structured training and one-on-one mentoring
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Conduct appointments via Zoom and in person
• Learn how to identify, generate and convert new business opportunities
• Follow up enquiries and assist clients throughout their buying journey

• Work collaboratively with the wider sales team to achieve shared goals
• Continue developing your sales, communication and product knowledge through ongoing coaching

About You

You don't need years of sales experience-we're looking for people with the right attitude, willingness to learn and a genuine desire to build a successful career.

You’ll ideally have:

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Confidence speaking with people both over the phone and face-to-face
• Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail
• The ability to manage appointments, follow-ups and administrative tasks
• A willingness to learn, accept feedback and continually improve
• A professional and well-presented approach
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team

Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, administration or sales will be highly regarded but is not essential.
