Job summary

Rent Choice Property Management, based in West Perth, is seeking an experienced Junior Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of around 90 properties with end-to-end management. This newly created role supports rapid growth and offers a pathway to a long-term career in WA property management.

The role suits someone with a current WA PM licence, familiarity with PropertyMe and Inspection Express, and strong organisation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Current WA PM licence.
• Experience with PropertyMe and Inspection Express highly regarded.
• Strong organisation and communication skills.
• Motivated, reliable and ready to hit the ground running.
• Ideally based south of the river.
• WA driving licence and reliable vehicle.
• Immediate start.
• Work-from-home flexibility after probation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections, with the option to outsource these down the track.
• Manage a portfolio across the south corridor (Fremantle, Cockburn, Armadale, Rockingham, Baldivis).
