  • Commercial & contract administration : Support tracking of contractual deliverables, supplier inputs, purchase actions, and change information, ensuring relevant records are accurate and current.

  • Cost and schedule tracking : Assist with project cost tracking, schedule updates, milestone reporting, variance commentary, and maintaining supporting data for project reviews.

  • Risk, issue & change support : Maintain RAID and change registers, follow up mitigation actions, and support formal change control by preparing information for review and approval.

  • Quality, safety & compliance support : Support adherence to EOS standards, quality requirements, safety expectations, and contractual obligations by maintaining evidence, actions, and project documentation.

  • Continuous improvement : Contribute to lessons learned, process improvements, templates, and project ways of working to improve consistency across delivery activities.
