Success in this career requires exceptional organisation, strong communication and listening skills, along with a keen eye for planning and detail.

What You'll Do

This is a brand new role for someone looking to grow their Project Management career. Reporting directly to our Global COO for coaching and development, you'll lead projects that drive meaningful change across LEAP. You'll coordinate both internal and external stakeholders of all levels - creating transparent project plans, communicating clearly and proactively, and ensuring seamless coordination, scheduling and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

All the normal project management stuff. You have a particular method that you prefer, agility plays a key part in that method and outcomes are more important than the process.
You understand how to balance project management discipline and project risk.
You are good at capturing information and replaying it back to those involved or impacted in a form they prefer and understand.
Champion innovation and continuous improvement in ways of working.

What You'll Bring

A clear understanding of project management principles and a reputation for getting things done at speed.
You love planning, organising things and getting there on time.
You understand the value of time and money and can balance the two appropriately.
You know how to leverage the myriad of project management tools available in the market.
You know how to deal with difficult customers, actively listening to their concerns and needs and responding accordingly.

Loves to arrive early or at least on time.
Can go it alone if necessary but knows how to bring people together to get things done.
