ZIMMERMANN is seeking a Junior Production Coordinator to join our Swim Clothing OOC team in Rosebery. Reporting to the Production Manager - OOC Clothing, this role coordinates key production activities to support on-time, high-quality product delivery.

The role involves working closely with factories, raw material suppliers, patternmakers, QA, Design and the Art Team to manage pre-production samples, bulk artwork, fabrics and trims, while navigating a seasonal production calendar.

Formación

• Experience in fashion production, product development or a related coordination role.
• Knowledge of garment production processes, pre-production samples, fabrics and trims.
• Strong planning and organisational skills to manage seasonal deadlines.
• High attention to detail and delivery accuracy.
• Experience working with suppliers, factories and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience using PLM or ERP systems; PLM/AP21 is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate bulk artwork, cutting instructions and factory requirements.
• Support seasonal factory allocation and handovers.
• Manage fabrics and trims, approvals and bulk orders.
• Coordinate raw material costing, MOQs and lead times.
• Maintain production information across PLM, AP21 and BOM.
• Partner with design, QA, development and suppliers to ensure quality.
• Track stock, deliveries and purchase orders to meet deadlines.
• Oversee care label requirements and testing.
• Support production administration and supplier documentation.
• Build strong relationships with factories to ensure on-time delivery.
