Job summary

ZIMMERMANN is seeking Warehouse Assistants to join our E-Commerce Warehouse team on a seasonal contract. You will help ensure orders are picked, packed and shipped accurately while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the warehouse.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and being part of a collaborative team. Availability includes 3 to 4 days per week, primarily Monday to Friday, with some weekend work during peak periods or business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hospitality, warehouse or stock handling preferred.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with warehouse systems or MS Office is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, reliable and adaptable; able to multitask.
• Team player with clear communication and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and prepare e-commerce orders for dispatch.
• Assist with stock handling including deliveries, transfers and replenishment.
• Prepare courier shipments and ensure orders are dispatched on time.
• Support stock counts and inventory management.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized warehouse environment.
• Use warehouse systems and scanning equipment to track stock and orders.
• Work with the team to meet daily productivity and service targets.

Availability

• We are seeking candidates with availability to work 3 to 4 days per week.
• The role is mainly Monday to Friday, with some weekend work during peak periods or business needs.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, warehouse or stock handling preferred

• Ability to work well in a team and communicate clearly
