Job summary

JLE Group in Dubbo, NSW, seeks experienced Earthmoving Plant Operators to join our growing team. You will operate construction plant safely, perform daily servicing and pre-start checks, and communicate with site colleagues to coordinate activities. We value safety, initiative, teamwork and a proactive approach.

A WHS white card and a current driving licence are required; a truck licence is preferred. We offer a competitive salary, health and wellbeing programs, and ongoing development

Qualifications

• Must hold a WHS white card (or equivalent).
• Current driving licence is required.
• Team player with initiative and organised approach.

Responsibilities

• Operate the plant in an efficient and safe manner.
• Complete daily servicing of plant.
• Complete daily pre-start checks on plant.
• Participate in weekly toolbox talks.
• Communicate via radio with other operators to coordinate site location.
• Adhere to Maas Group WHS policies and PPE on site.
