Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in operations, administration, client support, financial services operations, compliance support or a related role.
• Junior candidates with relevant exposure and strong willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
• Previous experience in financial services, banking, payments, exchange, OTC, transaction-based services or regulated business environments will be highly regarded.
• Compliance, risk, AML/CTF, KYC or customer due diligence exposure will be highly regarded, but specialist-level experience is not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies or missing information.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operational workflows and transaction-related administration.
• Support customer document collection, file updates and internal record keeping.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer and transaction records.
• Follow up on missing documents, incomplete information or outstanding items.
• Coordinate with internal team members to ensure operational tasks are completed accurately and on time.
