Job summary

ChoiceOne is seeking experienced Emergency Services Officers (ESOs) and MESOs to support WA mining and industrial sites. Roles begin as casual with potential for long-term opportunities, offering real stability and growth.

Responsibilities include emergency response readiness, site safety support, and crisis management, contributing to safe operations across major WA sites. WA-based candidates with relevant certifications are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in mining or industrial environments.
• Cert IV in Health Care (Ambulance) or Diploma of Emergency Health Care (or higher).
• Cert III in Mine Emergency Response and Rescue.
• HLTPAT005 - Collect Specimens for Drug Testing.
• Advanced Life Support (ALS) & CPR.
• WA C-Class Driver's Licence (HR or MR preferred).
• National Police Clearance (within 6 months).
• Strong computer literacy and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Emergency response readiness on site.
• Site safety support and incident response.
• Crisis management systems oversight.
• Maintain compliance with SHEQ standards.
