Clipped Assist is seeking a motivated Junior Mobile Smart Repair & Paintless Dent Removal (PDR) Technician to start a career in one of Australia’s most in-demand automotive trades. You will learn PDR, wheel repairs, machine polishing, colour matching, windscreen chip repairs, and general cosmetic restoration, with ongoing mentoring as you take on your own jobs.

• Spray painting and colour matching

• Windscreen chip repairs

• General cosmetic vehicle restoration

As your skills and confidence grow, you will progressively take on your own jobs while continuing to receive ongoing mentoring and support.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

• Has a genuine passion for the automotive industry

• Is eager to learn and develop new technical skills

• Takes pride in producing quality workmanship

• Has excellent attention to detail

• Is reliable, motivated, and has a strong work ethic

• Enjoys practical, hands-on work

• Can work independently and as part of a team

• Holds a current driver's licence

Previous experience in vehicle detailing, panel beating, spray painting, automotive refinishing, mechanics, or another trade is advantageous but not essential. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are far more important.
