Clipped Assist is seeking a Junior Mobile Smart Repair & Paintless Dent Removal (PDR) Technician in Melbourne. This role offers practical hands-on training and mentorship as you grow skills across PDR, wheel repairs, polishing, painting, and cosmetic restoration.

Ideal candidates are passionate about automotive work, eager to learn, detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. A current driver’s licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Paintless Dent Removal (PDR) and related repairs under supervision.
• Learn and perform Paintless Dent Removal (PDR), alloy wheel repairs, polishing and paint correction.
• Assist with spray painting and colour matching, windscreen chip repairs, and general cosmetic vehicle restoration.
• Gradually take on your own jobs with ongoing mentoring and support.
