Job summary

Dentsu Aegis Network Ltd. in Sydney is seeking an Account Coordinator to support the delivery of client requests and administrative tasks within the Salesforce-driven team.

You will help implement campaigns across the APAC region and gain foundational knowledge in business-to-business media planning and buying. You will learn media maths, perform campaign analysis support, and collaborate with internal teams on planning, reporting, and documentation while developing strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• Entry-level media maths and terminology learning
• Bachelor's degree advantageous but not essential
• Basic to mid-level MS Excel experience
• Interest in advertising and media industry

Responsibilities

• Establish effective relationships with clients, agency partners and suppliers.
• Support media campaign setup and activation, reporting and insights.
• Learn media maths and industry terminology; use media tools.
• Provide campaign analysis support and client-facing reporting.
• Handle billing/invoicing and media reconciliations.
• Build understanding of AU media and advertising landscape across channels.
