New Edge Group in Sydney is seeking a Junior Mechanical Engineer to join our engineering team in Wetherill Park. You will contribute to HVAC and building services projects with a hands-on, learning-first approach.

No HVAC experience is required; we provide training and development from seasoned engineers, with opportunities to work on real projects and grow your technical skills within a supportive team.

Are you a Mechanical Engineering graduate or early-career engineer looking to build a career in HVAC and building services?

New Edge Group is looking for a Junior Mechanical Engineer to join our Engineering team in Wetherill Park.

Previous HVAC experience is not required. We are looking for someone with the right attitude, a genuine interest in engineering and a willingness to learn. Training and development will be provided.

About You

To be considered, you will have:

A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent recognised qualification.
