You will assist with month-end close, financial reporting, and grant management, using Excel and Dynamics, with a focus on accuracy and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting/Finance/Commerce or related discipline.
• Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and lookups.
• Experience in month-end and financial reporting.
• Experience with reconciliations, journals and reporting.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics or similar ERP.
• Aligned with Ingham Institute values and strong communication.
• Detail-oriented and well-organised; team player.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end and year-end close activities.
• Prepare ad hoc journals including payroll and accruals.
• Maintain integrity of month-end GL and supporting records.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and investigate items.
• Assist in monthly management accounts and reporting packs.
• Provide variance analysis and commentary for management reporting.
• Support Business Central and Solver Reporting administration.
• Assist with process improvements to automate reporting.
• Contribute to financial research grant funding reports.
