Job summary

Kaizen Institute Global is seeking recently graduated engineers to join our Australian consulting team as Junior Consultants. You will work with experienced Kaizen consultants on client engagements across manufacturing, healthcare, logistics, and financial services, leading analysis and improvement of operations using Lean and Kaizen methodologies.

This hands-on, client-facing role is focused on operational transformation, with exposure to leadership teams and the opportunity to deliver

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with engineering degree or related master; eligible to work in Australia.
• Legal right to work in Australia; employer sponsorship is not available.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with quantitative data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present ideas clearly to client teams.
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a challenging environment.
• Able to manage timelines and coordinate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessment of client operations.
• Analyse quantitative and qualitative data to identify opportunities.
• Map and assess end-to-end processes using Value Stream Mapping.
• Lead and facilitate transformation workshops with client teams.
• Redesign operations to drive measurable improvements.
• Support pilot implementations and monitor early results.
• Prepare client-facing deliverables and roadmaps.
